Nifty enhancements and general improvements

I've now brought the individual product sharing tools for Facebook, Pinterest and G+ into line with the one for Twitter.

Now all allow you to share a link to Zazzle's latest (.com) coupon codes.

Other improvements

I've added a spinner to the sharing pages so it's obvious that something's happening while the pages are loading. It's a small thing but does improve engagement for your visitors.
